Portuguese Multiplier Sport Event 'International Seminar - Physical Literacy for Life' set for November

The Faculty of Human Kinetics (FMH-UL) through the Portuguese team of the Physical Literacy for Life Project (Marcos Onofre, João Martins, João Mota, and Dora Carolo) and the FMH's Centre of Educational Research will organise the Portuguese Multiplier Sport Event, entitled "International Seminar - Physical Literacy for Life", to disseminate the experience of the project.

The hybrid event will take place on 6 November (Saturday) between 10am and 2pm (WEST), at FMH's Noble Hall and will be broadcast by Livestream.

The event aims the dissemination of the Physical Literacy concept through Portuguese Physical Education, sport professionals, municipality technicians, and international participants, by presenting the general principles and products of the project on three central themes in the study of Physical Literacy: 1) conceptual definition, 2) physical literacy development assessment, 3) advocacy.
